How much does shipping cost?
A standard shipping fee of R109 will be charged upon check-out.
How long will my order take?
For items in stock:
When you place your order, we'll package it (1-2 days) and deliver it via local couriers to your door (5-7 days delivery time).
For items not in stock:
Items not in stock can be shipped directly from our suppliers to your door. These deliveries take 25-30 days to reach you, depending on your area. Please do not place an order if you are not okay with the delivery times as it will save you a lot of effort in waiting to receive a refund for your money.

If the products I order come from overseas, will I pay importing fees?
Some of our items are imported directly from manufacturers overseas and some products shipped from local manufacturers. For this reason, on rare occasions, you'll have to pay additional import fees. However please know that we are constantly improving processes and work towards ensuring that you receive your product without having to pay any import fees, but can't always guarantee it.
Will my order be delivered to my door?
Yes! Our courier service works to deliver your package as soon as possible with the least amount of effort on your behalf straight to your door.

Please note: In rare situations, and due to complicated addresses not easily found, our couriers might use a local package delivery centre such as a Pep Store close to your house to deliver the package. In such cases, you'll receive an SMS with a pin number. Then, you'll need to pick up the package and also provide identification to do so. We do our best to avoid this and provide you with great customer support along the way. |
How does the delivery process work?
After you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second email will contain the tracking information and instructions on how to track your package.
The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:
The total time includes the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it.
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you.
It normally takes us between 1-3 business days to process an order depending on the product ordered and chosen payment method. If you order over the weekends, we will do our best to process it as soon as possible.

What does processing time mean?
The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from the warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Shipping time
The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination. Shipping will on average take between 25-30 days plus up to 1-3 business days processing time. Please note that there might be additional delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
If for whatever reason we are delayed in delivering your parcel we will keep you updated and will see it to it that the product is delivered asap.
