How To Track Your Order

On this page we'll show you step by step how to track your order. If you have any questions regarding shipping and delivery times, please read our shipping policy here.

Step #1: Receive a tracking number via email

-As mentioned in our shipping policy, we usually send out two emails to our customer. One email to confirm your order with us and a second email to inform you when your product has been shipped which includes the tracking number.

Your tracking number will look something like this: BUFZA2090087919YQ

Step #2: Visit the courier website to track your order

-For most orders, we use Buffalo logistics to ship our products. If we use a different courier service, we will communicate to you accordingly.

-Visit the following website: http://www.buffaloex.com/index_en.html

Step #3: Enter your tracking number in the search box and click search

-Use the tracking number we've provided you with to enter it into the search box and click the "magnifying glass icon".

Step #4: Check the progress of your shipment 

-After you've entered your tracking number and clicked on the magnifying glass, you'll see your shipping details and be able to track the progress of your shipment.
